  • Acute uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhea
  • Non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis due to Chlamydia
  • Mixed gonorrhea and chlamydia infections of the urethra and cervix
  • Acute pelvic inflammatory disease
  • Uncomplicated cystitis 
  • Complicated urinary tract infections
  • Prostatitis
