• Prime the nasal spray before using it for the first time or if you are using it after 14 or more days. Do this by holding it away from your face and pressing on the pump 6 times until you see a fine mist.

• Shake the bottle before use.

• Tilt your head forward while using the nasal spray to reduce the bitter taste.

• Do not share your Dymista Nasal Spray with others.

• Rinse the spray pump with tap water every week and allow it to air dry.

• Discard any remaining medicine after 120 sprays.
