• Nystatin triamcinolone is for external use only. Do not use this medicine to treat vaginal yeast infections or infections in the eyes, ears, or nose.

• Apply a thin layer of medicine to the affected areas and rub it in. Wash your hands before and after using the medicine.

• Do not stop using nystatin triamcinolone before the prescribed treatment course is finished.

• Do not use this medicine for more than 2-3 weeks unless your doctor tells you.

• Temporary itching and burning may occur in the treated area. Tell your doctor if you develop a skin rash in the affected area.

• Do not cover the affected areas with an occlusive dressing or wrap. Do not cover a child’s diaper area with tight fitting diapers or plastic pants.
