Azathioprine Overdose: In case of an overdose of azathioprine, call your doctor immediately. You can also call the local poison control center or national poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If a person cannot be awakened, has trouble breathing, has collapsed, or has had a seizure, call 911. Signs and symptoms of azathioprine overdose may include stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flu like symptoms (sore throat, fever, chills), and other signs of infection.
