What side effects should I be expecting from taking baclofen (Ozobax)?

Signs of baclofen allergy: difficulty breathing, hives (rash on your body), swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat—If you experience any of these symptoms, please call 911 or seek emergency medical care at the nearest emergency room (ER). 

Call your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following signs:

  • Difficulty or shallow breathing
  • Severe drowsiness, somnolence, weakness
  • Hallucinations (seeing things or hearing voices that do not exist), confusion 
  • Twitching or tingling of your extremities 
  • Fever or seizure

Common side effects of baclofen (Ozobax):

  • Tiredness, dizziness, drowsiness
  • Nausea, constipation
  • Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
  • Headache
  • More frequent urination

Symptoms of baclofen overdose: severe drowsiness, weak muscle tone, vomiting, difficulty breathing, seizures, and coma.
