How BuzzRx Saves You Money
BuzzRx free prescription savings cards can be used at your local pharmacy on new prescriptions or prescription refills.
The average discount is 60% per prescription, with savings up to 80%. Last year, members who filled an average of one script per month saved $845 annually! Discounts vary based on several factors, including whether the medication is brand-name or generic, the pharmacy and its location, and supply and demand for the medication.

How to Download the BuzzRx App
You can download the BuzzRx App for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
To download the app, follow these steps:

To find great discounts at nearby pharmacies, enter your prescription details by drug name, select the correct form/strength/quantity, and either turn on your location services or enter a zip code. Hit "Show Savings" to compare discounted prices at pharmacies near you and make sure you’re paying the lowest price. You can also save drug searches or coupons to "Rx Discounts" for easy access the next time you fill a prescription—just show the coupon to your pharmacist and save!
If you do not have your prescription details before arriving at the pharmacy, show "My Card" to your pharmacist, and they will process the discount.
How to Create an Account on the BuzzRx App
Once the BuzzRx App is installed on your device, click on the app icon to open it. If you would like to create an account, you can sign up for free by pressing the purple “Sign Up” button. Creating an account will allow you to receive price drop alerts, special promotions, and more. If you already have an account, you can just press login and start saving within seconds!
Alternatively, you can skip account creation and start comparing prices and downloading savings cards right away by selecting the “Skip to Savings” button at the bottom of the screen.
How to Search for Medications on the BuzzRx App
To search for medications on the BuzzRx App:

Use the search bar at the top to type the name of your drug or scroll through the list of drugs (which are in alphabetical order).

Next, choose the correct drug from the list and enter medication details including the specific name, form, strength and quantity.

Lastly, enter your zip code or allow the app to locate your exact location to find the lowest discount price on your prescription (Rx) at pharmacies in your area.
How to Select the Best Pharmacy Prices
After following the steps above to find the best discounted price, the app will display a list of pharmacies near you with the most competitive prices. Compare the discounts available at different locations and select the pharmacy that offers the greatest savings. The final cost of your medication depends on your location and the pharmacy you select once. How to Download the Discount Card
To download your prescription savings or discount card, simply click on the purple button showing the price next to your pharmacy of choice and click to save the coupon at the bottom. You can also text or email the coupon to yourself or a loved one from this screen. Your discount cards will be saved under “My Discounts” at the bottom of the screen.
How to Apply Discounts
Woohoo! If you’ve made it this far, you’re officially a BuzzRx cardholder. You can easily apply discounts at the pharmacy when you checkout or when you call in or drop off your prescription. Just simply show the card that you downloaded on the app and give your card to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician. The pharmacy staff will enter your discount card information and apply the savings at no cost or extra burden to you.

Is BuzzRx the Same as GoodRx?
While there are some notable similarities between the BuzzRx and GoodRx, there are significant differences between them both. Both BuzzRx and GoodRx are focused on making communities healthier by making medicines more affordable.
Their approaches vary, however. BuzzRx is the only prescription discount card company that donates to its nonprofit partners year-round. A donation is made at no cost to the cardholder every time someone saves using a card cobranded with the nonprofit partner. To date, BuzzRx has donated over 7 million dollars to Make-A-Wish®, the ASPCA®, the National Kidney Foundation®, and 15 regional food banks in some of the most food-insecure areas of the U.S. BuzzRx has had charitable programs since its inception.
