Sarah Cummins graduated from Purdue University School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She completed two years of pharmacy residency and specialized in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Cummins has experience working in community, ambulatory care, and hospital pharmacy. Dr. Cummins is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and has published multiple medical journal articles.

In addition to working full time as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Dr. Cummins does medical writing and consulting for authors and content creators. She provides thorough reviews of medical information and terminology. She has years of teaching and research experience that she enjoys sharing with any and all interested audiences.
