Bystolic Side Effects

Some of the common adverse effects of Bystolic are listed below. Tell your doctor if these symptoms are severe or do not go away after a few days.

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Weakness
• Tiredness
• Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain
• Sleep problems
• Numbness or tingling in the hands or feet
• Rarely Bystolic can cause more severe adverse reactions. Call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical help if you experience symptoms such as:
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Slow or uneven heartbeats
• Rapid weight gain
• Rash
• Peripheral edema (swelling or fluid retention in the hands, lower legs, ankles, or feet)

Bystolic Overdose: In case of a known or suspected overdose, immediately call your doctor or the local poison control center. If the person can’t be awakened, has had a seizure, or has trouble breathing, call 911.  

Bystolic overdose symptoms may include slow heartbeat, difficulty breathing, dizziness, headache, tiredness, sweating, cold feeling, shakiness, vomiting, confusion, nervousness, irritability, numbness or tingling, excess hunger, pale skin, jerking movements, and seizures.
