• Warm the bottle of ciprofloxacin-dexamethasone in your hands for 1-2 minutes before use. Using the medicine while it's cold may cause dizziness.

• Shake the otic suspension well before use.

• Make sure you don’t touch the dropper tip to your ear, fingers, or other surface to prevent contamination.

• To get the medicine into your outer ear canal, gently pull the outer ear lobe up and back. To get the medicine into your middle ear canal, push on the tragus (cartilage flap near your face) 4-5 times.
