What may interact with CONJUPRI?
This medicine may interact with the following medications:
-certain antibiotics like erythromycin or clarithromycin
-cyclosporine
-diltiazem
-itraconazole
-sildenafil
-simvastatin
-tacrolimus
What should I tell my health care provider before I take CONJUPRI?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-heart disease
-liver disease
-an unusual or allergic reaction to amlodipine, levamlodipine, other medicines, foods, dyes or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding
What should I watch for while using CONJUPRI?
Visit your health care provider for regular checks on your progress. Check your blood pressure as directed. Ask your health care provider what your blood pressure should be. Also, find out when you should contact him or her.
Do not treat yourself for coughs, colds, or pain while you are using this drug without asking your health care provider for advice. Some drugs may increase your blood pressure.
You may get drowsy or dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs mental alertness until you know how this drug affects you. Do not stand up or sit up quickly, especially if you are an older patient. This reduces the risk of dizzy or fainting spells.
Alcohol may interfere with the effect of this drug. Avoid alcoholic drinks.
Where should I keep my medicine?
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Protect from light. Throw away any unused drug after the expiration date.
