What may interact with Copiktra?
Do not take this medicine with any of the following medications:
-flibanserin
-lomitapide
This medicine may also interact with the following medications:
-ketoconazole
-rifampin
-midazolam
What should I tell my health care provider before I take Copiktra?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-infection
-lung or breathing disease, like asthma
-stomach or intestine problems
-an unusual or allergic reaction to duvelisib, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservative
-pregnant, or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding
What should I watch for while using Copiktra?
You may need blood work done while you are taking this medicine.
This medicine may cause serious skin reactions. They can happen weeks to months after starting the medicine. Contact your healthcare provider right away if you notice fevers or flu-like symptoms with a rash. The rash may be red or purple and then turn into blisters or peeling of the skin. Or, you might notice a red rash with swelling of the face, lips, or lymph nodes in your neck or under your arms.
Call your doctor or healthcare provider for advice if you get a fever, chills or sore throat, or other symptoms of a cold or flu. Do not treat yourself. This drug decreases your body''s ability to fight infections. Try to avoid being around people who are sick.
Do not become pregnant while taking this medicine or for at least 1 month after stopping it. Women should inform their doctor if they wish to become pregnant or think they might be pregnant. Men should not father a child while taking this medicine and for at least 1 month after stopping it. There is a potential for serious side effects to an unborn child. Talk to your healthcare provider or pharmacist for more information. Do not breast-feed an infant while taking this medicine and for at least 1 month after stopping it.
This may interfere with the ability to father a child. You should talk to your doctor or healthcare provider if you are concerned about your fertility.
Where should I keep my medicine?
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store between 20 and 25 degrees C (68 and 77 degrees F). Keep this medicine in the original container. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
