What are Cozaar (losartan) side effects?

The most common side effects of Cozaar include: 

• Muscle cramps
• Leg pain, knee pain, back pain
• Diarrhea
• Heartburn
• Dizziness
• Nasal congestion
• Reduced touch sensitivity

Certain side effects of Cozaar can be more serious. Get in touch with your doctor without delay if you experience the following side effects:

• Swelling of the face, tongue, mouth, lips, hands, lower legs, ankles, or feet
• Difficulty breathing or swallowing
• Chest pain
• Hoarseness
