Fluocinonide Uses

Fluocinonide is a corticosteroid. It is used to treat skin conditions that cause dryness, redness, itching, flaking, scaling, crusting, inflammation, irritation, and discomfort, such as psoriasis, eczema, and other steroid-responsive dermatoses.

Fluocinonide works by suppressing the immune response and inflammatory response and activating natural substances that help to reduce swelling, inflammation, and redness.

Fluocinonide Doses

Fluocinonide cream, ointment, gel, and solution are usually applied 1-4 times a day on the affected area.
