Side Effects
What side effects may I notice from receiving GILOTRIF?
Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
-allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
-bloody or black tarry stools
-eye irritation
-eye pain
-fever
-mouth sores
-problems related to breathing including shortness of breath or cough
-redness, blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth
-severe or persistent diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite
-severe stomach pain
-spitting up blood or brown material that looks like coffee grounds
-unusual bleeding or bruising
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
-acne
-diarrhea
-dry skin
-itching
-loss of appetite
-nausea
-vomiting
-weak or tired
-weight loss
