L-Methylfolate Calcium Side Effects
Call your doctor if you experience any severe side effects on L-methylfolate or if they do not go away in a few days. Seek emergency medical care if you develop signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction after taking L-methylfolate, such as a skin rash, hives, itching, swelling in the face or limbs, or difficulty breathing or swallowing.
The above list may not include all the potential side effects of L-methylfolate calcium. Tell your doctor if the side effects are unusual or severe or last more than a few days. You can also report unusual side effects to the Food and Drug Administration at 1-800-FDA-1088.
L-methylfolate calcium Overdose: In case of an overdose of L-methylfolate calcium, call your doctor immediately. You can also call the local poison control center or national poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If a person has difficulty breathing, cannot be awakened, has collapsed, or had a seizure, call 911.
