What may interact with Lacrisert?

Interactions are not expected. Do not use any other eye products without talking to your doctor or health care professional.

What should I tell my health care provider before I take Lacrisert?

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

-an unusual or allergic reaction to hydroxypropyl cellulose, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding

What should I watch for while using Lacrisert?

Tell your doctor or health care professional if your symptoms do not start to get better or get worse. Tell your doctor or health care professional right away if you have any changes in your eyesight.

This medicine can make your vision blur. You may find it difficult to see, especially at night. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that requires clear vision until you know how this medicine affects you.

If you wear contact lenses, ask your health care professional when you can wear your lenses again.

This medicine may make your eyes more sensitive to light. Wear dark glasses if this medicine makes your eyes more sensitive to light.

Where should I keep my medicine?

Keep out of the reach of children.

Store below 30 degrees C (86 degrees F). Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
