What may interact with LEXETTE?
Interactions are not expected. Do not use any other medicines on the treated area without asking your doctor or health care professional.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take LEXETTE?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-any type of active infection
-circulation problems or vascular disease
-large areas of burned or damaged skin
-thinning of the skin
-an unusual or allergic reaction to halobetasol, corticosteroids, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding
What should I watch for while using LEXETTE?
Tell your doctor or health care professional if your symptoms do not get better within 2 weeks, or if you develop skin irritation from the medicine.
Tell your doctor or health care professional if you are exposed to anyone with measles or chickenpox, or if you develop sores or blisters that do not heal properly.
Where should I keep my medicine?
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
This medicine is flammable. Avoid exposure to heat, fire, flame, and smoking.
