What may interact with Mydriacyl?

This medicine may interact with the following medications:

-carbachol
-medicines for Alzheimer''s or Parkinson''s disease
-pilocarpine

What should I tell my health care provider before I take Mydriacyl?

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

-glaucoma
-wear contact lenses
-an unusual or allergic reaction to tropicamide or other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding

What should I watch for while using Mydriacyl?

Visit your doctor or health care professional for regular checks on your progress. Report any serious side effects right away.
If you wear contact lenses, ask your doctor or health care professional when you can use your lenses again.
Be careful not to touch the tip of the dispensing container onto the eye, or any other surface. Serious eye infections can result from contamination of eye solution.


If this medicine makes your eyes more sensitive to light, wear dark glasses

Where should I keep my medicine?

Keep out of the reach of children.

Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
