Nadolol (Corgard) Side Effects
Possible side effects of nadolol are listed below. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects if they are severe or persist after your body adjusts to the medicine.
- Lightheadedness or dizziness
- Fatigue
- Cold or tingling feelings in the hands and feet
Some of the adverse effects of nadolol are more serious. Call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical attention if you develop an unusual or allergic reaction. Signs and symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include skin rash, hives, itching, swelling, or trouble breathing. Also, seek emergency medical care for the following symptoms:
- Chest pain
- Shortness of breath
- Slow heartbeat or irregular heartbeat
- Swelling in the hands, lower legs, ankles, or feet
- Sudden, unexplained weight gain
- Fainting
- Ringing, buzzing, or other unexplained noises in the ears

Nadolol (Corgard) Overdose: In case of an overdose of nadolol, call your doctor immediately. You can also call your local poison control center or the national poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. Overdose symptoms may include dizziness, fainting, wheezing, difficulty breathing, cough, slow heartbeat, irregular heartbeat, swelling in the hands or feet, or unexplained weight gain.
