Warnings
What may interact with Nocdurna?
Do not take this medicine with any of the following medications:
-loop diuretics
-steroid medicines like prednisone or cortisone
This medicine may also interact with the following medications:
-certain medicines for depression, anxiety, or psychotic disturbances
-certain medicines for seizures like carbamazepine, lamotrigine
-narcotic medicines for pain
-NSAIDS, medicines for pain and inflammation, like ibuprofen or naproxen
What should I tell my health care provider before I take Nocdurna?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-heart disease
-high blood pressure
-kidney disease
-low levels of sodium in the blood
-taking a loop diuretic or steroid medicine
-an unusual or allergic reaction to desmopressin, vasopressin, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding
What should I watch for while using Nocdurna?
Visit your doctor or health care professional for regular check ups. You may need to get some lab tests done while taking this medicine.
Talk with your doctor about how many glasses of water or other fluids you need to drink a day. Only drink enough fluid to satisfy your thirst or as directed. Too much or not enough water can cause harm.
Stop using this medicine and call your doctor or health care professional for advice if you get sick and have a stomach or intestinal virus with vomiting or diarrhea or if you have an infection or fever.
Where should I keep my medicine?
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees C (68 and 77 degrees F). Keep this medicine in the original container. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
