Orphenadrine Citrate ER Mechanism of Action

It is unclear how exactly orphenadrine helps to relieve muscular pain, but it is believed to be due to the drug’s analgesic properties and its effects on how the body perceives muscle pain. Orphenadrine does not directly relax tense skeletal muscles in the human body.

Orphenadrine Citrate ER Doses

Orphenadrine citrate ER is available as a 100-mg extended-release (long-acting) tablet. Therapeutic doses are typically one tablet twice a day in the morning and evening.
