Silodosin (Rapaflo) Side Effects
Possible side effects of silodosin are listed below. Call your doctor for medical advice if these side effects are severe or continue after your body has adjusted to the medicine.
- Dry orgasm (little to no semen fluid)
- Dizziness
- Diarrhea
- Low blood pressure
- Stuffy or runny nose
Rarely, silodosin can cause more serious side effects. Call your healthcare professional right away or seek emergency medical attention if you develop:
- Signs and symptoms of allergic reactions (skin rash, hives, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing)
- Priapism (a prolonged, painful erection that lasts several hours)

Silodosin (Rapaflo) Overdose: In case of an overdose of silodosin, call your doctor immediately. You can also call the National Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. Call 911 if a person has collapsed, stopped breathing, stopped responding, or had a seizure. Symptoms of a silodosin overdose may include dizziness, lightheadedness, blurred vision, and fainting.
