Side Effects
What side effects may I notice from receiving Somavert?
Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
-allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
-chest pain
-dark urine
-high blood pressure
-general ill feeling or flu-like symptoms
-loss of appetite
-right upper belly pain
-light-colored stools
-nausea
-retaining water or swelling
-unusual bleeding or bruising
-unusually weak or tired
-yellowing of eyes or skin
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
-bone or muscle pain
-diarrhea
-dizziness
-irritation or pain at site where injected
-pain, tingling, numbness in the hands or feet
