• Suprep is available in two versions, one for adults (2 x 6-ounce bottle of Suprep liquid) and one for children between 12 and 18 years of age (2 x 4.5-ounce bottle of Suprep liquid). Make sure you use the correct product.

• Do not drink Suprep directly from the bottle. Make sure you dilute the liquid in the container provider. Add water up to the line on the container and mix before drinking.

• Drink plenty of clear fluids in the days before your colonoscopy and stay well hydrated.

• Follow your doctor’s directions on a clear liquid diet on the day before your colonoscopy.
