Tadalafil Side Effects

Common side effects of tadalafil are listed below. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects if they are severe or do not go away in a few days.

• Headache
• Heartburn or indigestion
• Stomach pain
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Back pain 
• Arm or leg pain
• Muscle aches
• Flushing
• Cough

Some of the adverse reactions of tadalafil are more serious. Call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical attention if you develop:

• Allergic reaction (skin rash, hives, itching, blistering, or peeling)
• Swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, throat, lower legs, ankles, or feet
• Vision problems, such as a sudden decrease in vision, vision loss, blurred vision, or changes in color vision 
• Hearing problems, including decreased hearing, hearing loss, or ringing in the ears 
• A prolonged or painful erection that lasts more than 4 hours
• Dizziness
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing or swallowing
• Difficulty urinating

Tadalafil Overdose: In case of an overdose of tadalafil, call your doctor immediately or call the National Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. If a person has collapsed, stopped breathing, had a seizure, or is not responsive, call 911 for emergency medical help.
