Trintellix Mechanism of Action

Trintellix works by increasing the amount of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is a natural substance that plays a vital role in mood regulation.

Trintellix Doses

Trintellix is available as an immediate-release tablet in doses of 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg. The usual starting dose of Trintellix is 10 mg by mouth once daily. The Trintellix dose can be increased up to 20 mg/day or lowered to 5 mg/day based on tolerance.
