Side Effects
What side effects may I notice from receiving Zelboraf?
Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
-allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
-breathing problems
-changes in vision
-dark urine
-eye pain or swelling
-fast or irregular heartbeat
-feeling faint or lightheaded, falls
-general ill feeling or flu-like symptoms
-light-colored stools
-loss of appetite
-new wart; skin sore or reddish bump that bleeds or does not heal; change in size or color of a mole
-pain, tingling, numbness in the hands or feet
-rash, fever, and swollen lymph nodes
-redness, blistering, peeling or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth
-right upper belly pain
-sensitivity to sunlight or sunburn
-thickening of the palms of your hands or soles of your feet
-tightening of the fingers inward
-unusually weak or tired
-vomiting
-yellowing of the eyes or skin
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
-changes in taste
-decreased appetite
-diarrhea
-dizziness
-dry skin
-hair loss
-headache
-joint pain
-muscle pain
-nausea
-swelling of the ankles, feet, hands
-tired
